How to make a complaint

Acknowledging your complaint
We aim to acknowledge complaints within 5 working days and will do so no later than 30 calendar days after receipt.
Investigating your complaint
Our DPO will investigate your complaint promptly and keep you informed of progress.
Complaint outcomes
We will advise you in writing of the outcome of your complaint and next steps.
If you remain dissatisfied with our response, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at https://ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint/data-protection-complaints/
